Come join Lian at Haven for a beautiful nurturing morning to help release stress and tension and spark some joy. You will be introduced to slow flowing yoga movement that will help to release what no longer serves you and bring more calm to your day. The focus will be on your inner experience as you move your body and expand your awareness. In the session you will learn some nurturing restorative yoga postures where you will use a bolster, yoga blocks and other props to support your body in peace and stillness. You will be guided with some gentle breathwork to help you sink further into relaxation. During the session I will introduce you to some flower essences called "Joy Juice" created by Katie Hess from Lotus Wei. "Flower Essences are a form of herbal medicine used in flower therapy. They are believed to contain the vibrational energy of flowers, which can improve negative thoughts and emotions". What is provided: * Clean yoga mats and padded mats for relaxation. * Yoga bolsters, yoga blocks and eye masks. * Blankets (you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer). * Anahata Singing Bowl and Koshi Chime. * Flower Essences "Joy Juice". * Community Chat + Herbal Tea + Snack. Please bring your own water bottle. 🌸Please note: no experience is needed. All women welcome of all ages. All I ask is that you are able to move up and down off the floor freely. If you have any problems with your knees this event may not be suitable for you. Please always check with your general medical practitioner. 🌸 Terms and Conditions: please read through all details carefully. Unfortunately once tickets have been purchased no refund will be given. A credit to attend another event will be offered. Tickets can be transferred to another party (a friend) if you are unable to attend on the day. Please notify me of the new participant's details at firstname.lastname@example.org. 🌸 A minimum of 4 persons will be needed for the event to take place. I look forward to meeting you all. Namaste, Lian
